Who we are

Building and working on houses has always been a passion of mine. I started building houses with my father in the early 90’s. He taught me most of what I know, most importantly - to deliver an honest day’s work every day and treat clients fairly.

I didn’t pursue a career in building, instead I took what my father taught me about hard work and effort and got a bachelor’s degree in business and eventually my MBA.

However, the desire to build and repair things never left me. After 30 years in the corporate world, I needed a change. So in 2021, at the encouragement of my wife (a Realtor, constantly in search of a handyman to aid her clients), I quit my corporate job and started On The Level. A nod to my father’s teachings of honesty and fairness.
